Refund policy

Refunds will take approximately 10 business days from the date received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued. Please allow 3-5 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. Full-price items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
3. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned.
4. DirtyGrinz merchandise purchased at independent department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
5. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order on the website for the desired item(s).
